SMS Terms & Opt-In
Effective July 1, 2026
These terms explain how LevelUp Consulting LLC — operating as Prolific Solutions NW and Prolific Priority Care™ ("Prolific," "we," "us") — sends transactional text messages to customers and subcontractors, and how you can opt out at any time.
1. What you're consenting to
By signing a Prolific Solutions NW proposal or subcontractor agreement and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Prolific Solutions NW at +1 (425) 549-9670. Messages we may send include:
- Project portal access links and updates
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Work order notifications (subcontractors)
- Status and milestone updates on active jobs
2. Message frequency & carrier notes
Message frequency is typically 1–5 messages per active project. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message from us — or call (425) 800-4775. Once you opt out, we will stop sending SMS to your number.
To get help, reply HELP to any message, or email info@prolificsolutionsnw.com.
We also honor the keywords START, END, and QUIT as standard SMS control commands. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
4. Privacy — what we do (and don't) share
We do not share, sell, rent, or distribute mobile numbers or SMS message content to any third party. Phone numbers and SMS metadata (delivery status, opt-out events) are used solely to deliver the transactional messages described above and to comply with carrier opt-out rules.
